Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (saffron, shilajit, dry fruits, herbal and wellness items), returns are accepted only in the following cases:
You received a wrong product
The product is damaged during transit
The product is defective or expired
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Taste, aroma, or personal preference
Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Photo or video proof of damage/issue is mandatory
Order ID must be provided

Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our mistake
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products
Exchange will be done for the same product only, subject to availability
